Community health initiatives beyond hospital walls

At Main Line Health, we recognize that our responsibility to improve community health extends beyond the walls of our hospitals. Through educational outreach events, screenings and a number of other innovative programs, we are leading the way in establishing a culture of health by meeting community members where they live, work, play and pray.

With a data- and person-centered approach focused on eliminating disparities of care, we are able to better understand and address the unique health needs of our communities.

Main Line Health has established partnerships and programs designed to improve the health and well-being of those in the greater Philadelphia region, including:

Main Line Health's Connection to Community

Whether it is ensuring easier, more affordable access to healthy food or providing medical referrals to at-risk adults right at the corner store, we are committed to supporting overall community health and the well-being of patients, families and communities in our region. Main Line Health's Connection to Community can help you find transportation, food, housing and more — right in your neighborhood.
