The Transfer Center at Main Line Health is staffed by registered nurses who understand the complexities of the acutely ill patient as well as the non-emergent transfer for ongoing care. Our nurses communicate with the referring physicians and staff to provide a one call solution for patient transfer.

Main Line Health Physician Partners (Clinically Integrated Network)
Our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), is continuing to build its physician network. We are a limited liability company developed to foster a collaborative relationship among independent physicians, employed physicians and Main Line Health System to develop an ongoing program of clinical initiatives focused on efficiency and value. Our mission is to enhance the access, quality, cost and experience of health care in the community we serve, while creating an environment in which all of our physician partners are well positioned for success in this evolving health care landscape.

If you are not using Main Line Health’s Epic electronic medical record system, signing up for EpicCare Link provides you and your staff with a secure platform where you can easily stay informed about your patient’s status when they are admitted or referred to a Main Line Health facility or specialist.
