By car:
From the North: Take I-95 South to Philadelphia. Exit I-95 onto I-676/76 West in Philadelphia. Exit I-76 onto City Avenue, and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. Travel several miles south on Route 1 (City Line Avenue) to the intersection of Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue). Turn right onto Lancaster Avenue to the first traffic light. The hospital will be on your left.
From the South: Take I-95 North. Exit I-95 onto I-476 North. Exit I-476 at the Route 1 exit. Follow Route 1 North several miles to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue). Turn left on Route 30 (West) to first traffic light. The hospital will be on your left.
From the East/West: Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Valley Forge Interchange (Exit 326). Exit onto I-76 East. Follow to Route 1 exit (City Line Avenue). Exit South onto Route 1, follow for several miles to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue). Turn right (West) onto Route 30 to first traffic light. The hospital will be on your left.
Parking: Self-parking is available in Garages A, B and D. There is also a handicap accessible parking lot next to the Heart Pavilion. For your convenience, valet parking is available at the main entrance of the hospital Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–9 p.m. A discounted parking rate of $3 is available for senior citizens and persons with disabilities by showing a valid Medicare card or driver’s license. Free parking is available for Veterans by showing a valid Military ID.
By public transportation:
Lankenau Medical Center is served by local SEPTA train and bus routes. To find routes and schedules, map your trip or learn about possible delays, visit SEPTA.org.
By train: From Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station, Suburban Station or Jefferson Station, take SEPTA’s Regional Rail Paoli/Thorndale Line to Overbrook station. From Overbrook station, it’s a 15-minute walk up City Avenue to Lancaster Avenue, then west along Lancaster Avenue to the hospital.
By subway and bus: Take the Market-Frankford elevated line (the "El") to the 69th Street terminal, and transfer to the 105 bus to Lankenau Medical Center. The G bus also stops at the hospital.
From the airport:
Approximately 14 miles. Head east on Essington Ave. Take ramp onto Penrose Ave (PA-291 E) toward I-76 W/PA-291 W. Turn left onto S 26th St (PA-291) toward I-76 W. Continue on I-76 W (Schuylkill Expy). Take exit 339 (US 1 South--City Line Avenue) Turn right onto Lancaster Ave (US-30) Turn left on Lankenau Drive.

You’re invited to use the lounge available on each patient floor as a quiet place to visit, read and relax.
Spiritual care and meditation room
Chaplains, who are spiritual care professionals, provide religious, spiritual and emotional support to persons of any or no religious tradition. Care includes empathetic listening, crisis or brief pastoral counseling, guided meditation, spiritual resources such as providing religious texts, supportive care surrounding difficult decisions, prayer and sacramental support. Chaplains are also able to help with special dietary needs related to faith, culture or tradition and can help patients honor rites and rituals specific to their own traditions.

For your comfort, an interfaith prayer and meditation room is located on the first floor and available 24 hours a day.

The Lankenau Medical Center gift shop, located in the main lobby, provides encouragement and support to the hospital community by offering a variety of thoughtful get-well gifts and convenience items to comfort and cheer.
