LGBTQ+ Inclusive Care
Receive inclusive LGBTQ+ medical care at Main Line Health in a compassionate and welcoming space at locations in the Philadelphia region.
Mirmont Treatment Center provides a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that is designed for patients directly following discharge from hospitalization due to mental health diagnosis. It provides the structure of an inpatient program without having to stay in a hospital and serves as an essential step when transitioning between inpatient and outpatient programs.
The program provides a vital alternative for those who do not require inpatient treatment, need intensive follow-up after inpatient stay or lack enough support at home to be successful as an outpatient. It also eases the transition from inpatient to home by offering on-site day treatment in a comfortable setting.
Adults may be admitted directly to PHP or stepped down from a higher level of care, such as an inpatient psychiatric unit.
Treatment consists of group therapy, educational groups and prescriber oversight provided in a structured environment to assist patients in achieving their goals for recovery.
Mirmont Outpatient Center offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for adolescents, ages 14 through 17 with mental health diagnoses. This is a short-term, full-day treatment designed to build skills and gain stability. Psychiatric and nursing support is available for holistic treatment of the adolescent as appropriate based on program requirements and the adolescent’s needs.
Through the PHP for adolescents we offer:
